In this article, experimentally, we studied the influence of the plane slit-type antenna length of axial radiation in the microwave band with linear extending aperture on it output power, when length of the antenna was commensurable with radiation wavelength. For the same case direction characteristics of the researched antennas experimentally are measured and analyzed in case of angles of an aperture 60 , 80 and 100
