Annotation
The article considers the degree of the of sexual dimorphism intensity in terms of body type and body composition among the highly skilled swimmers of both sexes in following swimming events: 100, 400m freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, and medley. Poor and medium degrees of sex differences according to the bulk of morphofunctional indicators have been set. The values of somebody sizes of women have become closer to men's ones. In butterfly, there is no difference. Medium and high degrees of differences have been found in terms of body type vigor.
Keywords: sexual dimorphism, morphological determinants, sportsmen and sportswomen, swimming.

BIOCHEMICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONTROL OF THE WEIGHTLIFTERS' TRAINING PROCESS (PART II)
Pirbala Beyrutovich Dzhalilov, the post-graduate student,
Sergey Sergeevich Mikhaylov, the doctor of medical sciences, professor,
Eduard Aleksandrovich Faktor, the doctor of biological sciences, professor The Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, St.-Petersburg
Annotation
The research of the possibility of combined biochemical and pedagogical control of the weightlift-ers' training process has been continued. It has been shown that combination of quantitative sports and educational tests with biochemical parameters of urine and saliva can reveal adaptive differences between the groups trained in various zones of relative power.
Comparison of growth of sports results under the different intensity of training loads with the data of biochemical analysis of two bio substrates and indicators of pedagogical tests allows estimating the adequacy of loads, provides reliable control of the training process. It is obvious that expansion of the range of determined parameters increases validity of conclusions, concerning extent of adaptation of an athlete's organism.
Keywords: weight lifting, training, test, saliva, urine, biochemical control, zone of relative power.
