METHOD FUZZY DEFINING THE OPTIMAL LEVEL OF THE TARGET PRODUCT SUPPLY IN CONDITIONS OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION OF CITY WATER SUPPLYING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Method of fuzzy defining the optimal level of the target product supply is proposed, based on combined applying of fuzzy sets theory models and methods and expert evaluation method. It makes the proposed method more adaptive to permanent changing conditions of external environment of city water supplying system development.
