Method of implementation of change management in the sphere of services of higher professional education
Abstract: In the article the method of introducing an innovative concept of development of services of higher education as a source of competitiveness of the services of universities in the knowledge economy. It is proved that the Central stage of forming the concept of innovative development is the development of marketing policy. Proposed logframe implementation of the concept of innovative development in the activities of the University.
It is determined that a large self-service regional structures in the conditions of the region and monospecialties industrial centers, have considerable potential for clustering. On this basis, in the framework of the problem-oriented analysis proved that the appropriate orientation of the University to work with the cluster structures.
Presents the basic elements of a marketing policy of the University within the concept of innovation development aimed at creation of favorable conditions for creation and promotion of a competitive innovative products created by the sector of services of higher professional education.
Selected direct organizational impacts of the University within an integrated structure for those business entities, on the basis of which innovations are developed. The core of the cluster -University, carrying out such impact, gets the opportunity to influence the ongoing integrated strategy and tactics within the existing interactions. Proven, modular organization of integrated structures will be used in the process of interaction of the advantages of specialized innovative territorial entities.
